Returns, Refunds & Shipping

Returns

The return window is 7 days from delivery. Every item must come back in the same condition it was mailed—unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging when applicable. Returns started after that window will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued during that short grace period after delivery. They are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping

Merchandise ships to the customer’s address within 7 to 14 days after the order is placed. Delivery times can vary by location. Tracking is sent when the order ships.
